For planning purposes, that’s how many steps lead up to my new place. I’ll be working the stair master to get ready for the move. :) Tonight I’ve got my first time home buyer’s class, and then once I’ve got the certificate from there, and my insurance on the condo, all the green lights will be lit and I’ll be good for signing on Tuesday. Wheeee.
